Further, the trading window for dealing in the Companys scrips by the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from October 13, 2015 to October 30, 2015 (both days inclusive), in terms of the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
