Pranavaditya Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 20, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015. Further, as per the Company’s Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the Companys Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from October 15, 2015 to October 22, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015.
