Ashok Leyland Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 04, 2015, inter alia, to consider the standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015. In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Specified Persons from October 14, 2015 to November 6, 2015 (both days inclusive).
