Jaihind Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business as under: - To consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, the Trading Window shall remain closed from the November 02, 2015 to November 09, 2015 (both days inclusive) to consider and approve, inter alia, unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 by the Board of Directors in their meeting, to be held on November 07, 2015. The trading window will re-open after 24 hours from the day when this Financial Results are made public. Intimation for the above was already communicated to all the designated employees.
