Inducto Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 along with Limited Review Report and Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct" formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company shall close for Specified persons from November 06, 2015 and shall remain closed till forty-eight hours after the information becomes generally available.
