RDB Rasayans Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2015 the Trading Window as per the Company’s "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading", shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Directors and Designated persons (& their immediate relatives) of the Company from November 07, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days Inclusive).
