JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors has been scheduled to be held on November 10, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct for prevention of Insider trading, the trading window shall be closed for the insiders of the Company in view of the scheduling of Board Meeting on November 10, 2015, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial statement of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. The trading window shall remain closed from November 02, 2015 till the closure of the business hour on November 12, 2015.
