Mahamaya Steel Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015. Further, in view of above mentioned Board Meeting, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed from November 02, 2015 to November 11, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the Promoters / Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company (“the concerned persons”).
