Veritas (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Pursuant to this and as per the Companys code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Companys Directors / officers and designated employees from November 02, 2015 till 24 hours after the public announcement of the decision taken by the Board.
