Salzer Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record Six Months / Second quarter un-audited Financial Accounts and Financial Results for the period ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per the provisions of the Prohibition of Insider Trading in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Companys Policy on Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company for the Promoters / Promoters Group / Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company shall remain closed from November 06, 2015 to November 15, 2015 (both days inclusive).
