AVI Photochem Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following businesses: - To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Liability Report of the Company for the Second Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders (the "Code") as required to be implemented in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company has been closed from November 02, 2015 till November 12, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company.
