Jindal Cotex Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015. Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the company by the promoters, Directors and Designated employees of the company and all the persons covered under the code will be closed from November 07, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days Inclusive).
