BDH Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015. Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 shall remain closed with immediate effect till closure of trading hours on November 17, 2015.
