Ruchira Papers Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, Pursuant to Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company for insiders covered under above said Code of Conduct shall close from November 05, 2015 till the end of 24 hours after the results are made public on November 12, 2015.
