Sudal Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of insider Trading ("the Code") adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 1992, the trading window of the Company for dealing in securities of the Company will remain close from November 03, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Promoters/ Directors/ Officers and Designated employees of the Company. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
