Indra Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following matters: - To consider and approve the un-audited financial Result for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, in Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys code of conduct the window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 02, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November, 14, 2015 to consider and approve, among others, un-audited financial statement for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
