Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, to consider Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, that as per the Companys code of conduct for the prohibition of insider trading pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 for all the Directors/ designated employees of the Company from November 07, 2015 upto a period of 48 hours after the date on which Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 is submitted to the Stock Exchange. Accordingly all the Directors / Designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of the closure of Trading Window.
