GSS Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve: - Un-audited Financial Statements (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per the code of conduct of insider trading regulations, the trading window for dealing in the security of the Company will remain closed from November 02, 2015 to November 14, 2015 (both days inclusive).
