R P P Infra Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on November 14, 2015 to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from November 07, 2015 till 48 hours after results are made public for all the directors/officers/designated employees, Auditors and Consultants of the Company.
