To consider Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015. 2. to consider closure of trading window from November 02, 2015 to November 09, 2015 (both days inclusive) as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the same will re-open on November 10, 2015 for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of insider Trading” of the Company.
