Simplex Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record un-audited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, the trading window for sale, purchase and dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from November 02, 2015 for Designated Persons (and their immediate relatives) under the code of Conduct of the Company for Trading in Securities by Insiders. The Trading Window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half - Year ending on September, 30, 2015.
