Carewell Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held November 12, 2015, to consider, approve and take on record, inter-alia, the Un-Audited Financial Results for the half year ended on September 30, 2015 among other items. Further, inform that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 and "Code of Conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders” as adopted by the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from November 05, 2015 to November 14, 2015 (both days Inclusive). Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from November 05, 2015 to November 14, 2015 (both days Inclusive).
