Andhra Pradesh Tanneries Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors is being convened on November 09, 2015, inter alia, to consider and to take on record unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys securities would be closed from October 31, 2015 till closure of Companys business hours on November 16, 2015. (Forty Eight hours after the meeting).
