Vardhman Concrete Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 09, 2015 for approving Un-Audited Quarterly results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct of Fair Disclosure" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from November 03, 2015 to November 10, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
