GS Auto International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, the Company has decided that the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from November 03, 2015 and will re-open 48 hours after the results are made public, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
