Mount Shivalik Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. In this regard, according to the Code of Conduct (SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulation, 2015) of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for Specified Person from November 03, 2015 to November 12, 2015 (both day inclusive).
