Joonktollee Tea & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2015 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter ended September 30, 2015 and to take the same on record. Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s “Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in securities of the Company by its employees and other connected persons”, the Trading Window shall remain closed from October 30, 2015 to November 09, 2015 (both days inclusive).
