Servalakshmi Paper Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from November 08, 2015 to November 15, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the consideration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. The trading window shall open for trading from November 16, 2015.
