Mid East Portfolio Management Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting to be held on October 31, 2015 to consider unaudited Quarterly Results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015, As per Closure of Trading Window in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading window will be closed for the Directors, Employees and Auditors of the Company from October 28, 2015 till November 02, 2015 (both days inclusive) and the Directors, Employees and Auditors including their dependants are therefore not permitted to deal in the shares of the Company till the closure of trading window.
