Kapil Cotex Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Board of Director of the Company will be held on November 07, 2015 inter- alia, to consider of the following. - To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended on September 30, 2015; Further as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading adopted pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company’s Directors/designated persons associated with the Company w.e.f. October 29, 2015 till the close of business hours on November 09, 2015.
