PVV Infra Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following: - Un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per the Company’s internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading (as amended w.e.f. May 09, 2015) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company’s Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from November 03, 2015 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the September quarter results to the public in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 13, 2015.
