Gold Line International Finvest Ltd has informed BSE that a Board meeting of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015 to consider and adopt the unaudited financial result for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Companys Directors/Officers and designated employees of the Company from November 03, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public, i.e. November 13, 2015.
