Gupta Carpets International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015 to consider, approve and take on record, inter-alia, the Un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited financial results of the Company from November 12, 2015 till November 18, 2015 (both days inclusive).
