Glittek Granites Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015 inter alia to consider, take on record and approve the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per Company’s Code of conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain close for all designated Employees and directors from November 06, 2015 to November 17, 2015.
