Acknit Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. In this connection, as per the Companys code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all the directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from November 06, 2015 to November 15, 2015 (both days inclusive).
