National Fittings Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is intend to approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 at the Board Meeting to be held on November 13, 2015. Further the Company inform that the trading window for trading in the shares of the Company, listed at Bombay Stock Exchange, will be closed from November 05, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days are inclusive) as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
