Bartronics India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 along with the Statement of Assets & Liabilities, Limited Review Report for the same. In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from November 11, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive).
