Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015: The Audited Standalone results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015 The Company has posted a profit after tax of Rs. 9572.70 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 5894.70 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. Total Income is Rs. 56582.00 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 48473.80 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. - The results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 include the results of MESL after giving effect to the Scheme and hence the same are not strictly comparable with those of the previous/corresponding quarter/s. The Consolidated Results are as follows: The Audited Consolidated results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015 The Group has posted a profit after tax of Rs. 7856.30 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 7196.40 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. Total Income is Rs. 67813.40 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 where as the same was at Rs. 55454.60 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. - The results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 include the results of MESL after giving effect to the Scheme and hence the same are not strictly comparable with those of the previous/corresponding quarter/s.
