Lohia Securities Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened on November 14, 2015 inter alia, to consider and approve, the audited financial results of the Company for the 2nd quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with effect from November 04, 2015 till closure of trading hours on November 16, 2015.
