Speedage Commercials Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to take place on November 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider Un-Audited Financial Results (UFR) of the Company alongwith its Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Limited Review Report (LRR) for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company, the Trading Window of Company shall remain closed for 2 working days prior to the date of the Board Meeting viz. November 05, 2015 to November 07, 2015 and 24 hours after the Board Meeting i.e. from November 08, 2015 to November 09, 2015 and trading in Shares of Company are fully prohibited during this period.
