VHCL Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to adopt the unaudited financial results for the 2nd quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further the Trading Window as described in ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ of the Company will remain closed for the above purpose from the aforesaid date to till the expiry of 24 hours of publication of the Audited Financial Results of the Company to the stock exchanges in terms of the Listing Agreement.
