Pitti Laminations Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting will be held on November 13, 2015, to consider and approve, inter alia, the un-audited financial results (provisional) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2015. Further, the trading window for the "Designated Employees" of the Company shall be closed for the purpose of declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for quarter ended September 30, 2015 for all "Designated Employees" including Directors of the Company from November 04, 2015 till twenty-four hours after announcement of financial results in the Board meeting scheduled to be held on November 13, 2015.
