Krypton Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per the Companys Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window will remain closed for directors including KMPs and other designated employees of the company from November 04, 2015 till November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive).
