With reference to the earlier letter dated October 23, 2015, regarding the Board Meeting on November 04, 2015 for approving the un-audited financial results for the quarter and the half year ended on September 30, 2015, Shipping Corporation of India Ltd has now informed BSE that the abovementioned meeting of the Board of Directors now stands rescheduled to be held on November 13, 2015.
