Himalaya Granites Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, the Trading Window is closed with immediate effect on November 03, 2015 and will be reopened on November 16, 2015 after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange on November 14, 2015.
