Jolly Plastic Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015 to consider and approve the following: - To adopt the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on September 30, 2015. Further informed that the Trading window of the company will remain close from November 13, 2015 till the completion of 48 hrs after the results of Board Meeting as referred above are made public (As per Company Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading.)
