Abhinav Leasing & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015 to consider and approve the following: - To adopt the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on September 30, 2015 as per clause 41 of the Listing Agreement. Further, the Trading window of the company will remain close from November 13, 2015 till the completion of 48 hrs after the results of Board Meeting as referred above are made public (As per Company Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading.)
