Tyche Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. In pursuance of the above, the “Trading Window” for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed for the closure of business hours of November 03, 2015 and will end on November 15, 2015 (both days inclusive). During this period any purchase, sale or other dealings in the shares of the Company is prohibited to all the Directors / Officers / Employees of the Company.
