Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial statements for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2). Further, as per the Companys Code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window shall remain closed from November 05, 2015 to November 15, 2015.
