GG Dandekar Machine Works Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015, Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from November 10, 2015 to November 14, 2015 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct tot Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders of the Company under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015 for Prevention of Insider trading.
